My philosophy is mix of servant and transformational leadership. I love witnessing and celebrating growth in my teammates. My approach is all about building a team culture that encourages personal growth, customer centrism, and psychological safety that sets the foundation for successful critiques. I value shared discovery sessions for early team alignment, running towards a mission-driven vision, and innovating.
